Refund Policy

All purchases are final. MemeClub operates a no-refund policy and does not offer refunds for subscriptions or one-time purchases, except where the app store you bought through or applicable law requires one.
All sales are final
Pro subscriptions, Lifetime, and the one-time "One Night Party" pass unlock digital content immediately, so we don’t provide refunds or credits — including for partially used periods or content you’ve already accessed. Promo-granted Pro has no monetary value and isn’t refundable. The exceptions below are outside our control.
App Store (iOS)
Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. We can’t refund App Store purchases ourselves — any refund is at Apple’s sole discretion under its policy. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases).
Google Play (Android)
Purchases through Google Play are processed by Google and subject to Google’s refund policy. Any refund request goes through Google Play.
Web (Paddle)
Web purchases are sold by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Our no-refund policy applies; Paddle may still issue a refund where its buyer terms or the law require it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not refund the period already paid.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you may have (for example in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, the store or Paddle administers them. Note: by buying digital content with immediate access, you may waive any 14-day right of withdrawal.
